I require a non-refundable 25% deposit to book portraits and 50% to book weddings with me. Please know that until I receive this deposit, you are not on my calendar!

I can receive payment via Venmo at @Whitney_Shepard last four digits of the phone number are 1438. I also accept Zelle, cash, or cash app (least preferred)!

I require the final payment due at the end of the session. If you want to pay all upfront that is acceptable or before the session.

Living in Lubbock, Texas can result in unpredictable weather! If inclement weather occurs, I will do my very best to reschedule for a better day that fits both of our schedules. I leave days open on my calendar for "bad weather days"! Please note if you choose to go through during a dust/wind storm, I will do my best to fix hair, but as photographers, you can only edit so much!

You will receive pictures via email in an online gallery that will stay available for 2 weeks! I keep your gallery on a hard drive for up to a year if a problem occurs. Just have open communication and I will do my best to assist you.

My typical turnaround is 2 weeks from the date of the session (portraits and families). Wedding gallery will get delivered within 12 weeks and sneak peek within 5 days. This is my goal but sometimes life happens where it may take longer, if this occurs I will let you know where I am at on your gallery!
